1 General Provisions & Definitions

These terms and conditions apply between the gf66 platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "user"). The following words used in this document have specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to gf66's website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "Account" refers to the personal user profile registered on the platform.
• "Balance" refers to the amount of funds deposited in the account.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to additional credits received from promotional offers, which cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements are met.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the set number of times you must place bets before winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn.

These terms and conditions are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the English version of this document shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Multiple accounts under the same person's name, or multiple accounts from the same household operated from the same device or IP address, may be suspended and any accumulated bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date. gf66 reserves the right to terminate the account and reject any pending withdrawals if false or misleading information is provided.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account, or selling or transferring your account, is prohibited.

• If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify the support team immediately.
• The user is solely responsible for all activities carried out on the account.
• You are advised to avoid logging in from public devices or unsecured networks.
• Logging out at the end of every session is a safe practice.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gf66 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Transactions through any method not listed here are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

If your balance contains any bonus funds at the time of requesting a withdrawal, you must first meet the wagering requirements set for that bonus. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if identity verification has not been completed.

4.4 Transaction Verification

gf66 reserves the right to investigate any transaction and request additional documents if deemed necessary. Suspicious activities related to money laundering or fraud may be reported to the relevant legal authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

gf66 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x), calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Policy

• Each user may claim each promotional offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly from the account; wagering requirements must be met first.
• gf66 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• In the event of bonus abuse, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program

The gf66 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver, and up to 1.2% for Gold. You can automatically move up to a higher tier through regular play.

6 Gaming Rules

The gf66 platform offers various types of games including slots, live casino, and sports betting. All games are operated by third-party game providers and their own rules apply.

• Each game has its own betting limits and rules; please read them carefully before playing.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the result of that round will be determined according to the provider's rules.
• If any dispute arises regarding game results, please contact the gf66 support team.
• All games are conducted in accordance with fair play principles and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gf66 platform:

• Fraud, hacking, phishing, or any other illegal activity.
• Use of software bots, automated scripts, or any method to gain an artificial advantage.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Using bonuses or promotional offers outside their intended terms (bonus abuse).
• Using another user's information or identity.
• Disrupting the normal operation of the platform.
• Uploading or transmitting malicious software.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

gf66 may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• On suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Failure to provide verifiable identification.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 User's Right to Close Account

You may request to close your account at any time. It is advised to withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.

9 Responsible Gaming
